Ingredients

  • A can of sardines
  • 1/2 pumpkin or 1/4 if it’s large
  • A cup of oatmeal

Instructions

  • Add boiling hot water to the oatmeal
  • Boil the peeled pumpkin pieces
  • Mush the pumpkin

Mix all ingredients together. You can blend them with a food processor, although it is not necessary. Keep the mixture in the fridge.

Meat and spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Instructions

  • The ground beef can be raw. You can also briefly heat it in a pan or boil it for a few minutes.
  • Boil the spinach quickly so it doesn’t lose its nutritional properties.
  • Cook the rice without adding anything to it.

Mix all ingredients and blend. Finally, store it in the fridge.

Chicken and carrots

Cats love chicken, and it has the protein your needs. Likewise, carrots are vegetables also help vary and balance your cat’s diet.

  • Chicken
  • Carrots
  • Brewer’s Yeast

Instructions

  • Boil the chicken until it is well cooked. Raw chicken can cause diseases, so don’t forget this step.
  • You can boil the carrots to mash them or bake them for better flavor.
  • Mix all the ingredients with the brewer’s yeast. 
  • Store in the fridge.

Tuna mix

Ingredients

  • a 400 g. can of tuna
  • 1/4 cup liver
  • 1/2 cup (boiled) rice
  • 2 Tbsp. fish meal

Instructions

  • Boil the liver.
  • Make a paste from the liver.
  • Cook the rice without adding anything to it.
  • Drain the tuna.
  • Mix well in a food processor.
  • Roll into small balls and store in the fridge.

Superfood for cats

This is a very nutritious meat recipe. It’s one of the most complete homemade recipes for cats. It contains all nutrients a cat may need, plus felines love its great taste.  It’s suitable for recently weaned kittens and adult cats.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo beef or chicken
  • Natural tuna (Two 80 gram cans)
  • Chicken liver, 200 grams
  • 2 eggs
  • Cooked vegetables, 200 grams (mix of potatoes, carrots and peas)

Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes.
  • Boil the eggs (you can use the same water from the potatoes)
  • Quickly fry the chicken liver. If you cook it too long, it can lose its nutrients.
  • Chop the liver and potatoes into small cubes.
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Store portions of the mixture in glass jars or roll them into balls and cover them with plastic wrap.

Variations:

Cooking the meat is optional. It’s not necessary, so it depends on the cook’s personal preferences. Boiling eggs is also optional, but if you leave them raw, you must remove the egg whites and only leave the yolks. If the cat isn’t very active or is somewhat overweight, you can leave out the potatoes.
