I never thought I would be with you until the end of the world

Every time I saw a puppy in the street, I considered the idea of ​​owning one. However, when I thought about the level of responsibility, the illusion of having a dog was shattered.

However, one day, something changed. You crossed my path.

It was a rainy day, and I felt so sorry for a creature left out in the rain. That creature was you, so small and helpless.

You were just a puppy and I had never seen you there before. But one day, on the way home from work, I found you wet and whining from the cold. What kind of person would I have been, had I left you there, alone and helpless?

I could not leave you! So without thinking, I took off my jacket and wrapped you up in it and took you home. I was having dinner and that awakened my compassion towards you even more. You felt strange. You watched me go from one place to another, but you did not know what to do.

I am sorry I did not give you the welcome you deserved; I had nothing to give you to eat or drink. There was no special blanket for you or a bed to sleep on. However, I had no qualms about sharing what I had with you. I wanted you to feel comfortable…

Little by little, I realized that I wanted to go with you to the end of the world

The days went by, and we began to build trust . With every passing day, you became more and more  important to me. And every day you showed me, that I was becoming more and more important to you. We started to walk a path together, the path of life.

You became a part of my life, and you made me feel like I had made the right decision that day when I saw you helpless and in need. I could not have chosen anyone better, and I hope you feel that no one better could have chosen you.

Thank you for everything you have given me, and for what you will continue to give to me, all the while our path together continues.

Why should you tell your dog that you are with him to the end of the world?

Anyone who has a dog can see their situation reflected in this letter because, although each has his own nature and personality, dogs share common characteristics that make us fall in love with them every day.
