Paloma de los Milagros
A biologist specialized in food quality. She has extensive experience as a quality control technician in microbiological and physicochemical processes. She also has a degree in Journalism, which has allowed her to translate his knowledge of biology into popular articles.
About the author
Graduated in Biology from the University of Alcalá de Henares (2018). She finished his studies by obtaining the Extraordinary End of Degree Award. He has studied Journalism at the Complutense University of Madrid. He also has a Master's degree in Food Industry and Food Quality from the Center for Higher Studies of the Pharmaceutical Industry (CESIF).
Paloma de los Milagros completed the English C1 course of the British Council at the University of Alcalá de Henares. Likewise, in 2014 she participated as a volunteer with the NGO Cooperatour in Jaipur, India. She has worked as a food quality technician and quality control technician in Castilla-La Mancha and in the Community of Madrid.
